Introduction of a new Ticket-System for the support

For tomorrow, thirsday the 05.05.2011, we will start introducing step by step and during
the next days a new ticket system for the support. We will drive the support as normal as
everyday and without limitations.

With the new ticket system we expect an even smoother workflow by working on support
requests and even better response time.

As soon as we have succesfully completed the introduction, we will inform you per news.
